I saw the DIY SOS and was very moved at the strength and courage of Eric and his lovely family. I care for a beautiful woman who has similar disease and I have often wondered how I would have coped if the situation was reversed and it was me who was ill and not my wife. Eric showed me how to remain a proud strong man even when life has been hideously cruel. I thank him for sharing his pain and letting us lesser men see how a strong man copes. I will never forget the glimpse of his life he allowed us to share.
